Anti-inflammatory potential of ethanol leaf extract of Sphenocentrum jollyanum in experimental mice

Anti-inflammatory potential of the ethanol leaf extract Sphenocentrum jollyanum (ELESJ) was assessed in-vivo in mice by using carrageenan-induced paw oedema, egg albumin-induced and xylene-induced ear oedema model at doses 474.34, 948.68, 1423.03 mg/kgbw respectively. A total seventy-five matured both sexes weighing between 20 g 24 (divided into three groups 25 each for 3 different studies) were used this study. Treatment done intraperitoneally.
